Candidates can now contact JAMB directly online by generating and submitting a support ticket through the JAMB Central Online Support System if they have concerns, complaints, or questions about the Board’s examinations and services (COSS).
Who Is Eligible To Use The JAMB Central Online Support System (COSS) For Complaints And Inquiries?
Anybody! Candidates or people with questions about JAMB UTME, Direct Entry, Regularization, Matriculation List, Data Correction, Change of Course/Institutions, JAMB CAPS, Upload of Result, JAMB Admission Letter, Purchase of Forms (UTME, DE, Part-Time, NOUN Forms), etc., can easily log in to the JAMB Support, create a ticket, and submit it.

What Is The Validity Or Duration Of The JAMB Central Online Support System (COSS) Ticket Response?
Except on weekends, the Board states that support tickets are handled right away between 24 and 48 hours.

• Kindly Go to http://jamb.gov.ng/support.aspx to access the JAMB Support website.
“Create Support Ticket” should be selected.
If you are a JAMB applicant or want to file a complaint on someone else’s behalf, you will be prompted. selecting wisely!
• Complete the form and press “Send.” Please remember your transaction ID and enter the proper email address.
When a response to the submitted ticket has been made, JAMB will mail you a notification.
Through support.jamb.gov.ng/candidate-support/my-tickets, you may also see if your issue has been resolved.
To file a complaint, candidates are not required to go to the Board’s headquarters or state offices. Every grievance should be easily filed on support.jamb.gov.ng. The Board receives and handles all complaints using this ticketing system. Please refrain from visiting the Board’s offices in order to complete tasks that can be completed via a more practical ticketing platform.
