THE JOSH RICHARDS SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP -

Sportswise Global Inc. (the “Company”) sponsors Josh Richards (the “Sponsor”) with the SportsHi College Scholarship Award (the “Program”).

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

A scholarship grant (a “Scholarship Award”) of up to $10,000 in the form of a one-time college scholarship will be given to a maximum of one (1) Program participant (referred to as a “Participant”), who will be chosen in accordance with the Terms and Conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are (at the time of application) a high school student in the United States who is on pace to graduate between 2021 and 2025, you are eligible to enroll in the Program. If the applicant is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must read and approve these terms and conditions on their behalf if they are under 18. Participants in the Program and recipients of Scholarship Awards must not be related to or affiliated with the company or sponsor (including any of their respective employees, officers, or directors, their parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, or any of their respective agencies or promotion entities, or family/household members of any of the foregoing) (the “Entities”). All applicable federal, state, local, and municipal rules and regulations apply, and they are also void where prohibited.

• The Scholarship Award will be paid directly to the relevant office at the recipient’s academic institution and may only be used to cover tuition and other required expenses for the academic semester in which the scholarship is given or the semester that will immediately follow.

• Sportswise Global Inc. will transfer funds directly into the Scholarship Award recipient’s college fund with a financial institution if the recipient has not yet been accepted to a collegiate academic institution.

If the chosen recipient doesn’t already have money set aside for education through a financial institution, the scholarship award will be given to them directly. The money can be used to cover application fees, tuition, and other costs of attending college.

APPLICATION

To be eligible, applicants must complete the full Scholarship Award application, which is accessible through the SportsHi app (“App”), and submit all documentation requested by the award selection committee, including but not limited to a written statement and personal information verification, to the committee.

It is a must for applicants to open a SportsHi account. By submitting a Scholarship Award application, candidates give their permission to receive emails and/or text messages regarding the Program, as well as details on upcoming scholarships, SportsHi events, news, and updates.

ENTRY

Applications will be accepted starting at 12:00 PM on February 22nd, 2023, and closing at 11:59 PM on May 3rd, 2023. All times and days are Eastern Standard Time for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions. The official time-keeping system for this program is the company’s computer, and the scholarship award is subject to the eligibility requirements and forfeiture clauses outlined in this document. The company reserves the right to alter the times and dates provided here at any moment. Any time there is a change, the App will be updated to reflect the new date or time.

SELECTION

Who receives the Scholarship Award will be decided by a selection committee made up of people chosen by the company. The selection committee will establish a procedure that includes the steps mentioned in this paragraph in order to choose the Scholarship Award recipient.

The initial application, which will comprise, among other things, personal identifiers like grade level, school, sport, and academic information, will be requested of applicants first. Following the completion of the initial application, candidates will be required to respond to a follow-up question provided by Sportswise Global Inc. in a TikTok video on their individual social channels with the hashtag #JoshSportsHi.

This video post must be finished in order to be eligible for the scholarship. The selection committee will pick one (1) participant to win the scholarship award after watching the videos and conducting the interviews.

After the deadline for the first grant application and after each round of the selection procedure, the committee will evaluate the participants’ TikTok videos, grades, and other criteria before making its decision. Being chosen as a Scholarship Award recipient is free of charge.

If an applicant is disqualified due to submitting an incomplete or false application, failing to meet enrollment requirements, failing to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, or failing to satisfy any other requirements established by the selection committee or the company, the applicant will not proceed to any round of selection.

RECIPIENTS

On or around May 31st, 2023, the business will notify the Participants who were chosen to receive Scholarship Awards (“Recipients”).

A maximum of $10,000 will be paid either directly to the academic institution, a college fund with a financial institution, or the recipient.

The recipients of the Scholarship Award are obligated to make all tuition and fee payments on their own. Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for any missed or late payments of fees related to a Recipient’s tuition, fees, or student loans.

Disqualification and the choice of an alternative Recipient may happen for any of the following reasons, without restriction, at the sole discretion of the company:

[a] a potential Recipient’s failure to reply to email notification within 72 hours of its transmission;

[b] The return of email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts;

[c] a potential Recipient’s failure to supply the company with sufficient proof of age, identity, residency, clearances, enrollment, and any other information requested by the Company

[d] a potential Recipient’s failure to execute and return by email or fax all company-requested paperwork In the event of disqualification or forfeiture of the Scholarship Award, the firm may, in its sole discretion, choose an alternative Recipient and award the forfeited Scholarship Award to that recipient or not.
