Probo Medical Scholarship is the ideal scholarship for you if you excel in English composition and are pursuing or want to pursue a career in medicine or veterinary medicine. We’ve made it our goal to expand access to health care for every patient throughout the world, and we think that starts with bringing down healthcare costs and giving doctors the tools they need to run their practices more effectively.

ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP

The “Probo Medical Scholarship” will help people pursuing degrees in medicine by lessening the financial load of their studies. With a $500 scholarship, we want to do our tiny part to aid students in achieving their educational objectives.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to be considered for the grant, you must provide a unique essay of up to 1,500 words to describe how and why you wish to improve access to and the cost of healthcare for everyone around the globe. We want you to start considering your effect since that is what we are trying to do with all we do.

A selection panel made up of Probo Medical executives and staff members will evaluate applications. The panel’s choice will be based on the essay’s originality, analysis, creativity, and quality. Students considering careers in medicine or veterinary medicine are especially encouraged to apply, but all students are welcome to submit an application.

NOTE: The Providian Medical Scholarship is now known as the Probo Medical Scholarship after Probo Medical acquired Providian Medical in 2019.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be enrolled in a U.S. high school, college, or institution that has been accredited.

• You must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in “good standing” or be in your senior year of high school.

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must be enrolled in an American university.

• Keep a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0. (or equivalent

• Entries need to be received by June 21, 2023.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• No entries by fax or email will be allowed. The form below must be used to submit entries.

• There is no requirement for or acceptance of extra materials or paperwork (such as tax records, recommendation letters, etc.).

• The following should be included in each entry: Your entire name, address, email address, phone number, and a statement or transcript displaying your current cumulative GPA should be included with a Word Document copy of your essay (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).
