Additional Information

You will spend at least 10 weeks on each practical assignment during the course of the program, and you will spend six months working on your thesis in the business. These tasks are specifically planned with your mentor.

We assist you in identifying your skills and advancing your personal and professional development through a variety of qualification courses.

Mentoring

A seasoned mentor will assist you in advancing both your career and personal goals.

The Fastlane Program cannot be combined with a job for a student worker. Anyway, within the parameters of the program, you are free to design your practical tasks however you like. This enables you to, for instance, finish them in a straight line or, like a working student job, spread them out over a longer length of time and specific days of the week. Thanks to our internal applicant status, you will have access to a wide range of opportunities after the program is over. Additionally, you will meet a lot of people while working for the organization, providing you the chance to develop a sizable network that you can use when you land a permanent job following the program. Munich serves as the major management hub for our programs. There are various activities like semester workshops and seminars. However, we strongly advise all of our participants to do their practical tasks at one of our other locations (Leipzig, Berlin, Eisenach, Regensburg, Dingolfing, Landshut). These are organized in coordination with the mentors and take into account the various program participants’ interests. By prior arrangement, master’s theses may also be written at any of our locations in Germany.
