The Jim Ovia Foundation

The Jim Ovia Foundation seeks to improve the knowledge base and IT skills of our students through a variety of programs in order to prepare them for the future of our country (ICT). Through nationally recognized programs like the Jim Ovia Scholarship, Jim Ovia ICT Entrepreneurs Program, and most recently, the Jim Ovia Foundation Leaders Scholarship (JOFLS) Fund (in partnership with Africa America Institute (AAI), which is worth $2 million, the Jim Ovia Foundation has helped more than 1,500 college students and entrepreneurs.

Our beneficiaries display academic excellence while giving back to their local communities. In truth, the majority of Jim Ovia Foundation recipients overcame enormous obstacles to pursue their aspirations of success. Applicants for funding to the many appropriate Jim Ovia Foundation programs that meet the qualifying conditions may be secondary school graduates, university students, or prospective ICT entrepreneurs.

Vision

Our mission is to prepare the next generation of Americans through the crucial channels of education and ICT (ICT). In order to help our kids compete in a global economy, one of our long-term goals is to close the knowledge gap. Another is to integrate ICT as a fourth science into Nigerian educational policy in order to assure progressive and continuous learning
